Workflow Audit Readiness Assessment

Describe one recurring task your team would like to make easier. You'll get a score and a short explanation to help start an audit conversation. I'll receive your answers so we can talk about the work.

Before you start

This assessment has five short stages. Most answers are a choice, with a few asking for a couple sentences.

At the end, you'll enter your email to see your results. Keep this tab open while you work since unfinished answers aren't saved if you reload or close this window.

Describe the process without names, individual records, or confidential details. How your answers are handled.

How your answers are handled

Who receives them. Me, Jack Rome. I use your answers to review the workflow you described and to follow up with you about this assessment and a possible audit conversation. Nothing else. You won't be added to a mailing list.

What goes where. Your answers are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. A copy is emailed to me through Netlify's form service, which runs its own spam filtering, and lands in my Gmail inbox. Only your task description and any follow-up answer are sent to Anthropic, the AI provider, to choose a follow-up question and to judge how specifically the task is described. Your name, email, organization, and other answers never go to Anthropic. Each provider handles data under its own terms.

How long. I review these records monthly. If we haven't gone on to work together, I delete the stored record, the email copy, and any export within about 90 days of your submission, at the next monthly review.

Your choices. To ask what I hold or to have it deleted, email jackintheway@gmail.com with the receipt shown on your results.

What the score is. A summary of how you described one workflow, to help start a conversation. It doesn't measure whether AI would help, what it would cost, or what you might save.

The receipt

After you submit, your results end with a box labeled "Your receipt" and an eight-character code, something like A1B2C3D4. That code is the only thing I need to find your answers. Include it when you email me.

Nothing is emailed to you automatically, so the results page is your copy. Note the code before you close it.
